Sporting - Porto 1-1 (Highlights)

An intense match today in Estadio Jose Alvalade ends in a draw.

Ricardo Clark's goal against Paraguay in the Copa America

It was a forgettable tournament for the USA, but this was a nice goal. Nice European Portuguese accent on the commentary, by the way.

Kamani Hill to go on loan?

Multiple Portuguese sources are reporting that his current club Vitória Guimarães will loan Hill out.

According to this article, Kamani wants to play more after already playing little in Germany. This same article says that Kamani will be loaned out. Where? This source suggests that while Sporting da Covilhã, possibly the most successful club in Portugal not located on the coast (it is located in the mountains in the east-central part of the country) and currently playing in the Portuguese second level, continues to express interest, it is not clear how serious.

Que Legal!

From Soccer Insider:

ESPN isn't allowed to show World Cup matches on ESPN Deportes because Univision has the exclusive Spanish-language rights in the United States. So the sports giant, which has the English rights, will augment its coverage next summer from South Africa by offering matches on Deportes in Portuguese. Clever, very clever.
